Refund Policy

ChargeScale EV provides regulatory testing, inspection, and advisory consulting services related to EV charging infrastructure.

Because services require scheduling, coordination with site hosts, and allocation of testing resources, certain fees may be non-refundable once services are scheduled.

Mobilization and scheduling fees become non-refundable once a service date has been confirmed.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

​

• 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled service date: refund minus any coordination or jurisdictional costs incurred.

​

• Less than 7 business days prior to the scheduled service date: mobilization fee retained.

​

• After services have commenced, including travel or on-site arrival: no refunds are provided.

​

Consulting services become non-refundable once advisory work or consultation has begun.

​

ChargeScale EV will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible.
